In his view, Hainan has significant advantages when it comes to developing the Digital economy on the island. He believes it is essential to explore the concept of "Digital Convergence in Hainan," using digital means to gather various factors, bring together talent, capital, and technology, and empower Hainan's development with global data resources. He also suggested that Hainan explore an "e-Resident" scheme aimed at innovating the development of the island's digital economy, attracting young people to Hainan to start businesses, and transforming the island into a "nebula" for new digital youth.
