Iain is a cultural ambassador and ‘new Hainanese’ resident who speaks fluent Chinese and deeply loves the island. He focuses on five unique Hainan elements: ethnic, ecological, marine, island, and patriotic Chinese culture. Iain believes that Hainan’s local culture is an important vector for cultural exchange and communication.

Jeremy first visited Hainan on vacation over a decade ago, and was immediately captivated by the stunning tropical scenery. Over the years, he’s seen huge changes in China, especially in Hainan. His films showcase real life in China and give viewers a genuine understanding of the country.

Nicki has lived in Hainan for over 20 years, and shares the beauty of Hainan culture in many ways - as a translator she collaborates with many Hainan and Chinese media outlets to share Hainan stories, and brings her passion and knowledge of the intangible cultural heritage art of Li Brocade to the handmade items she creates and features in her small shop, Island Delights.

As one of the primary editors of hiHainan’s international media accounts, Dora has won numerous Hainan news awards and shared her work experience in this area, as well as covering many major international events. She was also a guest at a youth roundtable hosted by the Malaysian National News Agency.
