In the current era of social media popularity, young international students in Hainan sharing the beauty, fun, and wonder of life in China have become an important way of telling China’s story to the world. To assist, the Hainan International Media Center, the global voice of the Hainan Free Trade Port, is planning a special ‘Gen Z@FTP：2025 Hainan FTP International Students Content Creation Project’, inviting international students in Hainan universities and colleges to participate in video production training, cultural experiences, content creation, and more, and helping them to share stories of their lives, travels, and adventures in China. Viewers around the world will witness China’s modern development through the lens of the Hainan FTP, and these youthful, strong voices will help to strengthen China’s international communication capabilities as well as promote mutual exchange and learning between different countries and cultures.
