Egor Prokhin: Hainan serves as an ideal hub linking the East and the West
"Hainan has achieved remarkable development progress over the past 15 years and has become an ideal hub linking the East and the West." Egor Prokhin, Research Fellow at the Center forComprehensive European and International Studies , stated in an interview with reporters during the Boao Forum for Asia. He noted that over the past few years, he has personally witnessed a growing number of businesspeople coming to Hainan in search of investment opportunities. As a key hub connecting Southeast Asia, the Chinese mainland and Eurasia, Hainan leverages its unique geographical advantages to deepen exchanges not only in tourism but also advance all-round connectivity in culture, economy and trade.
