The Hainan Free Trade Port has reached a significant milestone in aviation maintenance logistics! The Integrated Material Services (IMS) project, a collaboration between HNA TECH and Satair (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Airbus Group), has officially commenced operations in the Hainan FTP. This marks the debut of the first aircraft integrated material services with manufacturer participation in the FTP, revolutionizing the aviation supply chain management model.

Combining Satair's global inventory resources with HNA TECH's localized service capabilities, IMS introduces a "zero inventory occupancy + instant response" solution. Suppliers store materials on consignment, with payments based on actual use—significantly reducing inventory costs while enhancing operational efficiency. The project also establishes an innovative "bonded warehousing + dynamic allocation" system, leveraging Hainan's FTP policies to offer duty-free import benefits and reduce overall support costs.

Currently, 388 consigned aircraft material part numbers covering 139,400 pieces of inventory provided by Satair have been placed in HNA TECH's Haikou Airport Bonded Warehouse. These materials have been used to support 581 line/maintenance checks and 41 component repairs, with a total material delivery of 4,401 parts.
