On the afternoon of March 27, a delegation of international media reporters from 11 countries, including Iran, Indonesia, Brazil, and Tonga, visited the Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone in Hainan—the fourth stop on the CIPCC Hainan Tour co-organized by the China International Press Communication Center and the Foreign Affairs Office of Hainan Province—to explore this globally leading demonstration site for medical innovation and wellness. They first viewed the Lecheng Medical Device Exhibition, where they gained an in-depth understanding of how cutting-edge medical devices are introduced in Lecheng before anywhere else in China and experienced the advantages of medical technological innovation driven by the Hainan's FTP policies. The delegation then visited the Yiling Life Care Center hotel for an immersive experience of Eastern wellness concepts. The visit to Lecheng enabled the reporters to experience up close the deep integration of Eastern wellness concepts with modern medical technology and witness first-hand Hainan's dynamic efforts in promoting the innovative development of the international medical and health industry.
