On September 11th, the emergency rescue team from the China Tower Corporation's Jingzhou branch began repairing core stations in Paitanxia Village, Wencheng Town, Wenchang City. Over the past two days, the Hubei emergency rescue team has assisted in repairing more than 200 base stations in Wenchang. Currently, nearly 200 rescue workers from provinces including Hubei, Fujian, and Jiangsu have arrived in Wenchang, fully committed to restoring communications affected by Typhoon Capricorn.
