As of 17:00 on September 9, Haikou City, Lingao County and Chengmai County have all resumed gas supply. Wenchang has restored gas supply to 14,677 households, with a restored gas supply rate of 91.73%; Ding 'an has restored gas supply to 992 households, with a restored gas supply rate of 99.2%. Wenchang City and Ding 'an County are expected to achieve full resumption of gas supply before 24:00 on September 10.

Prior to the typhoon, over 1,200 personnel from gas authorities and enterprises around Hainan conducted safety inspections and removed 73 hazards. Currently, 34 pipeline gas stations and 100 liquefied petroleum gas filling stations in the province are operating stably. No gas safety incidents were reported in the city.
