The CICPE Fashion Week is slated to be held on the sidelines of the third China International Consumer Products Expo (CICPE, also known as the Hainan Expo), due to take place from April 11th to 15th in Haikou, the capital of south China’s Hainan Province.

According to the organizing committee, the “Azure Coast”-themed Fashion week will feature fashion shows, showrooms, forums, and pop-up events to showcase the latest products in various venues at the seaside and in the Haikou International Duty-free City - the world’s largest stand-alone duty-free store.

The Fashion Week, which is seeking excellent designers from around the globe to present their fashion works, intends to help enhance the reputation of up-and-coming talent and expand their market by taking advantage of the multiple exhibitions of the Hainan Expo and the preferential policies of the Hainan Free Trade Port.

Preparations for the third CICPE, which is supported by China’s Ministry of Commerce and the Hainan provincial government, are progressing smoothly, with the opening ceremony due to be held in Haikou on April 10.
