Hainan Free Trade Port Resort Software Community (RSC) is located in the Laocheng High-tech Industrial Demonstration Zone of Chengmai County. It was founded in 2009, covering an area of 15.58 km².

Already recognized as a national technology business incubator and as one of the parks in the first batch of national digital service export bases, RSC is one of 11 key industrial parks taking advantage of the Hainan Free Trade Port's beneficial policies.

At present, over 10,000 enterprises, including Tencent, Baidu and other leading enterprises have registered and set up their Hainan operations here.

The garden-style office environment in the park has created a functional zone integrating work, residence, education, business, and leisure, providing a "city within a city" for industry talents.
