Haikou Integrated Free Trade Zone is located in the Laocheng Economic Development Zone of Chengmai County. It is an enclave park of Haikou City. In June 2020, it was designated as one of 11 key industrial parks of the Hainan FTP, and is the first integrated free trade zone and one of the three customs special supervision areas in Hainan. The park is committed to building an "integrated bonded + advanced manufacturing" industrial development area, focussing on the development of duty-free warehousing, international trade, modern logistics, advanced manufacturing and other industries.
