RCEP member country companies to join in the 2nd CICPE

The 2nd China International Consumer Products Expo (CICPE), also known as the the 2nd Hainan Expo, will be officially held in Haikou, China’s Hainan Province from July 26th to 30th. The organizing committee of the Expo has invited RCEP member country institutions and enterprises to join the fun, and successfully attracted businesses from Australia, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam to participate in this year’s Expo.

Among those, 31 Japanese exhibitors with 230 brands have confirmed to attend the Expo, with well-known brands such as Fancl, Shiseido Group, and Kose Group displaying products including alcohol, health care products, aromatherapy, and food in an area of more than 3,147 square meters.

Seventeen South Korean exhibitors will bring 73 brands including GOLDENDEW, LANEIGE, Sulwhasoo, Dr.Jart+, and Astell&Kernai, with products such as jewelry, fragrance, health care products, outdoor sports, and electronics to an exhibition area of 397 square meters.

Twenty Australian companies will put 59 brands of medical and health care, dairy, alcohol, fragrance, clothing, and luggage products on display in an exhibition area of 633 square meters.

There will be 10 Malaysian exhibitors putting 12 brands on display in an exhibition area of 342 square meters.

In addition, eight Thai exhibitors with 17 brands including Red Bull, Jerhigh, Annabella, and Mistine will showcase food, pet supplies, spa products, fragrances, and hairdressing products in an exhibition area of 468 square meters.

Singaporean brand OSIM will hold new product launch events for several products including new models of e-sports and stress relief chairs.

There will be four exhibitors from Vietnam with 15 brands in the areas of food, beverages, and fragrances in an exhibition area of 102 square meters.

The Expo has made it its mission to connect with RCEP exhibitors. Hainan will give a further introduction to Hainan Free Trade Port policies, expand trade and investment promotions for RCEP countries, and welcome more RCEP enterprises to the Hainan Free Trade Port.
