Apart from alluring blue seascape, Hainan also boasts flourishing green forests. People can walk in the rainforest, enjoy fresh air and tranquil environment in Hainan when the epidemic is over.
Hainan has the most intensive and well-reserved island tropical rainforest in China. Forests cover 62% of the island area. The island boasts 8 national forest parks, 17 provincial forest parks and 32 state-owned forestry farms. Rare flora and fauna such as black crested gibbons, Hainan macaque and cyathea are living here.
Tourists can visit Hainan Jianfengling National Forest Park that is 90 km from Sanya to enjoy the peace and tranquil atmosphere. The forest park is one of the biggest and most well-reserved primitive tropical forests in China and it is listed as one of the “ten most beautiful forest parks in China” in 2005.
Taking a bath in hot spring in the rainforest is a special experience. The Qixianling Spring National Forest Park consists of spring area and forest area. It is a large ecotourism area that consists of mountains, springs and rainforest.
