2020 is the opening year of the Hainan Free Trade Port. To implement the requirements of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government on improving the working mechanism for attracting investment and creating a world-class business environment, the Hainan Provincial Bureau of International Economic Development（IEDB）has launched a global investment service hotline 4008-413-413, which will be put into trial operation from March 9.

During the trial operation, the hotline will provide services in both Chinese and English to answer Hainan's free trade port policies, industry investment opportunities and investment destination choices that enterprises are concerned about. IEDB will launch a corporate service provider - a designated staff, to be responsible for the entire process of the enterprise. Through the “horizontal linkage and vertical coordination working mechanism, it will work together with other departments and municipalities,and county industrial parks parks to provide professional services to investors, coordinate and solve difficulties encountered in the implementation of enterprise projects, and build a one-stop service for global investors.
