People can enter the park on Spring Equinox.

On March 17^th, it is learned that Hainan Tropical Wildlife Park and Botanical Garden will be reopened to the public at 9:30 on March 20th. Tourists are required to wear masks and be checked temperature before entering the park.

The park boasts beautiful landscape. 

The park opens to the public from 9:30 to 17:30 on weekdays, and from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekends. From March 20^th to December 31^st, 2020, medical workers with valid certificates around China (including people in Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan) can enter the park for free.

Tourists are required to purchase and check tickets by using real name, wear masks, show their Id cards, ticket QR code and Hainan health code before entering. These information will be checked by the park staff in a serious way. Tourists whose temperature is over 37.3℃ are not allowed to enter the park. In addition, the number of visitors is limited. The amount of the visitors should not be over 50% of the bearing capability each day. Tourists can buy tickets online one hour in advance before entering the park.
