Three patients, who had been confirmed to be infected by the novel coronavirus (2019-nCov), were reported to be cured and discharged from hospital in Hainan on Feb 6, bringing the total number of cured patients in the island province to eight.

Two of newly-discharged patients were cured by Hainan General Hospital in Haikou and one by Sanya Central Hospital (The Third People's Hospital of Hainan Province).

After being discharged, they will be sent to disease control centers for centralized management, and nursing teams will monitor them closely.
