As of 4 pm on February 1st, 5 new confirmed cases of novel coronavirus (2019-nCov) infection had been reported. Hainan has reported a total of 62 confirmed cases of pneumonia caused by the virus, with 9 severe cases, 1 death case and 1 discharge case.
Among the confirmed cases, 11 were in Haikou, 16 in Sanya, 6 in Danzhou, 5 in Qionghai, 8 in Wanning, 1 in Dongfang, 2 in Chengmai County, 4 in Lingao County, 5 in Lingshui Li Autonomous County, 1 in Qiongzhong Li and Miao Autonomous County, 1 in Ding'an County, 1 in Changjiang County, 1 in Ledong County.
