Novel Coronavirus Update in Hainan: 5 new confirmed cases, and a total of 43 cases from 00:00 to 24:00 on Jan. 28. 

Hainan Provincial health authority announced that from 00:00 to 24:00 on January 28th in Hainan Province, there were 5 new confirmed cases of pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus (2019-nCov), with 4 new severe cases, 0 new death case, and 0 new discharge case. 

As of 24:00 on January 28th, a total of 43 confirmed cases of pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus（2019-nCoV）, 9 severe cases, 1 death case and 0 discharge case were reported in Hainan Province. 

Among the confirmed cases, there were 9 in Haikou, 14 in Sanya, 5 in Danzhou, 8 in Wanning, 1 in Qionghai, 1 in Dongfang, 1 in Lingao County, 1 in Lingshui Li Autonomous County, 2 in Chengmai County and 1 in Qiongzhong Li and Miao Autonomous County. 

As of 24:00 on January 28th, 913 close contacts have been traced, among whom 86 have been discharged from medical observation and 827 are still under medical observation at home.
