On October 25th, the forum of accelerating and exploring the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port is held at China (Hainan) Institute for Reform and Development (CIRD). It focuses on the exploration of constructing Hainan Free Trade Port and other key issues.

The forum was divided into two units: the first is the overall opening up of free trade, and the second is pushing forward the institutional innovation. Many experts were invited to participate in the research and discussed relevant issues about the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.

Leaders and experts discussed and gave useful advice in terms of customs, finance, talents, judicature and administration in the forum. Currently, all parties are focusing on the development of Hainan and showing their high expectations for Hainan. Under the circumstances, the organization of the forum and the discussion of the opening up in Hainan are of great importance to promote the construction Hainan Pilot Free Trade Zone and Free Trade Port with Chinese characteristics.
