On the morning of May 20, a press conference of system innovation cases (the third batch) in China (Haikou) Pilot Free Trade Zone held in Haikou, released the third batch of system innovation cases in FTZ with a total of 12 items.

The 12 items are as follows:

1. Applying building information simulation (BIM) to carry out electronic bidding;

2. Issuing the talent rental housing real estate investment trust fund (REITs) products successfully;

3. Realizing the "unity of different supervision" based on the online supervision office;

4. Taking the market as the guidance to create a new consumption poverty alleviation model;

5. Setting up "winter semesters" in higher education to build a new platform for flexible talent introduction and training;

6. The rural revitalization team covers all villages and towns in the Hainan province;

7. Consular businesses realize "finishing all affairs in a network";

8. Establishing major projects inspection work station, to provide accurate legal services "face to face";

9. Optimizing and Innovating statistical methods of service trade data;

10. Innovating Hainan satellite remote sensing information industry chain incubation investment model;

11. Utilizing video methods to realize will and wisdom support and opening up a new channel to alleviate poverty;

12.  Reforming the communication base station construction management to delegate power, improve regulation, and upgrade services.
