Wanning’s Shenzhou Peninsula is located in southeast Dong'ao Town, 28 kilometers from Wanning City in southeastern Hainan Province. It’s covered in green vegetation year round, which offers shade from the glimmering tropical sunshine. The air is fresh here, and the environment is excellent.

There are around 290 days of sunshine here each year, and the annual precipitation is 1,900 mm. It’s never terribly cold in winter nor terribly hot in summer. Instead, the mild climate makes it feel like spring all year round.

There is a 1 km. long road on the peninsula called Phoenix Road. Both sides of the road are lined with flowering Phoenix trees, which are now in full glory. The vibrant red flowers contrast with the green leaves and blue skies, creating a particularly enchanting scene.
