According to the Hainan Provincial Administration for Rural Revitalization – as of June 4th–nineteen rural revitalization organizations serving the cities and counties of Hainan have been established (including Yangpu District but excluding Sansha City). 

As of late May, the  Poverty Alleviation Office of Hainan Province has been reorganized into the Hainan Provincial Rural Revitalization Administration. This regrouping marks a historic shift in the focus of the province’s effort concerning the so-called “three farm topics” (agriculture, rural areas and farmers) from simply realizing the task of poverty alleviation to actively injecting vitality into the province’s rural areas.

For the next step, the various rural revitalization administrations will consolidate and expand the positive outcomes of poverty alleviation as well as work to fulfill the nation’s new mission of comprehensively implementing a rural revitalization strategy.
