Arina Yakupova (Russian host of Shanghai Daily) and Fabio Nodari (an Italian travel photographer), both freshly appointed as Hainan FTP "Overseas Communications Officers" (OCOs), have shared their expectations for the media tour themed "An Open Future" that kicked off in Haikou, the capital city of Hainan Province, on November 27.

The media tour is funded by the China Internet Development Foundation (CIDF).
