On January 27, the Fifth Session of the Seventh Hainan Provincial People’s Congress officially opened. The government work report proposed exploring policy measures to facilitate immigration for high-level foreign technical talents, launching a three-year action plan to multiply the number of foreign talents, optimizing the administration and services for foreigners’ work permits, and achieving a 20% increase in the number of foreigners working in Hainan.
