Since the launch of the island-wide special customs operations of the Hainan Free Trade Port (FTP), one hotline has been on the pulse of development. The 12345 Hainan Government Services Hotline serves as the nerve center for all FTP-related queries, efficiently relaying "impulses" between relevant departments to provide dedicated responses to questions from investors, residents, and visitors.

Queries to the hotline have skyrocketed in the past month since the landmark initiative was implemented, with many coming from outside the province. For enterprises, these have largely revolved around accessing tax incentives, such as "zero tariffs," investment policies, QFLP (Qualified Foreign Limited Partnership) and foreign investment. Foreign nationals have enquired about employment opportunities and individual income tax incentives.

"Unified access, province-wide service." The 12345 hotline serves as the central switchboard for the Hainan FTP, with services available in English, Korean, Spanish, Russian, Thai, and other languages. Its tenacious operators coordinate with agencies across Hainan to provide detailed answers to any Hainan-related question, offering efficient, professional service to callers from around the globe.

Every call that comes into Hainan 12345 is an opportunity for the province to prove that the FTP isn't a temporary fad but an enduring embodiment of China's deepening reform and opening-up, one that is brimming with opportunity.
