From delicate Li brocade weaving to intricate coconut carvings and handwoven bamboo crafts, Hainan brought more than tropical scenery to Los Angeles — it brought living culture.

At the China-California Business Forum Hainan Tourism & Culture Exhibition in LA, guests explored the island’s rich intangible cultural heritage, tasted local flavors like Fushan coffee and Hainan desserts, and discovered a side of Hainan beyond beaches and blue seas.
The event also marked the official launch of the Hainan Tourism Los Angeles Promotion Office, opening a new bridge for tourism, culture, wellness travel, and people-to-people exchange between Hainan and North America.
