On September 26, Georgian Airlines inaugurated its Haikou Representative Office in Jiangdong New Area, marking the airline's official entry into Haikou. The move is expected to strengthen international trade ties between Central Asia and Europe, further expand cargo routes, and provide efficient logistics support for global commerce.

In terms of air network development, Georgian Airlines has built a diversified route system covering Europe and the Caucasus. At Haikou Meilan International Airport, the airline currently operates four cargo routes: Tbilisi–Haikou–Milan, Haikou–Tbilisi, Tbilisi–Tel Aviv–Haikou, and Tbilisi–Haikou–Paris, three of which are fifth freedom routes. With frequent and efficient services, the carrier has created a "Hainan–Eurasia Golden Corridor" for cross-border logistics, building a supply chain service system that positions Hainan as a hub with global reach.

With the establishment of its Haikou office, Georgian Airlines plans to extend its routes to Southeast Asia's international aviation hubs, while also exploring the operation of narrow-body aircraft in Hainan. These initiatives aim to create broader regional spillover effects and support Hainan in developing a globally oriented air logistics network.
