The Window to Global Trade complex is located in Haikou, and officially opened on July 1, 2019, with the goal to attract investment from all over the world. Since the release of the "Master Plan for the Construction of Hainan Free Trade Port", the group has witnessed rapid growth in the number of registered enterprises—329 new enterprises joined the group in just half a year.

Now, according to the company managing the Window to Global Trade, as of December 31, 2020, 405 companies from 32 countries and regions have opened in the complex.

83 of the 405 companies are foreign-funded enterprises operating in the fields of trade, tourism, culture, education, medicine and more.

Meanwhile, the Window has had the honor of receiving international consular and business association survey groups. In addition, on Sep. 25th, the Haikou Office of the Secretariat of the Boao Forum for Asia was unveiled in the complex. This is the first office of an international conference organization with global influence to be set up in Hainan. Three months later, the "Cultural and Information Liaison for the Hainan Free Trade Port of the Republic of Belarus" was established in the Windows to Global Trade complex as well.

The Global Trade Window is committed to developing into a leading project attracting global investment in the Hainan Free Trade Port, a center for gathering international capital, and an international trade incubation platform.

In order to better facilitate companies starting up in Hainan, the Window provides enterprises and employees from China and across the world with "one-stop" business services, which cover company registration, visa consultation, policy interpretation, and more.

The Global Trade Window has also established a direct communication system with relevant Hainan government departments, as well as a “green channel” aimed at providing more effective business registration, banking, taxation, and immigration services for its clients.
