As the first behalf to get this certificate, Haikou Jiahe Project Management Co., Ltd. praised the efficiency. It reduces the procedures of license registrations, shortens the time for accreditation, and effectively optimizes the business environment.

The trial period of the construction project commitment system is one year. The construction permit department shall complete the certificate within one working day. The construction unit shall apply for certificate according to the construction drawings. The construction, decoration and decoration of the building and its ancillary facilities, and the installation of the supporting lines, pipelines, equipment, and urban municipal infrastructure projects, etc., which have already been approved for land use, it can be submitted to the commitment system for approval during the period of certificate processing.
