
On May 15th, Hainan brought its roadshow to Chongqing with a clear message: the island is fully open for business and ready to welcome companies from all sectors. Since launching the island-wide special customs operation a few months back, Hainan's been rolling out new rules, new incentives, logistics upgrades, tourism opportunities, and a whole new playbook for trade and investment. They're here to make sure Chongqing gets the memo.
