The Hainan Provincial Government and the Government of Catalonia, Spain, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) during the Boao Forum for Asia. Jaume Duch, Secretary of Foreign Affairs of Catalonia, stated that the rapid development of Hainan Free Trade Port offers significant cooperation opportunities for Catalonia, and both sides will work to transform the MOU into concrete actions.
