Construction on the Lecheng Bridge, the first suspension bridge in China’s south Hainan Province and a landmark project in the Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone (also known as Boao Hope City), in Bo'ao Town, Qionghai City, near the main area of the Boao Forum for Asia, is progressing smoothly.

At present, all the piers and pile foundations of the bridge have been completed, a total of six half-width box girders have been laid on the approach bridges at both ends, and the construction of the main tower is accelerating.
