A talent employment service station officially opened in the Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone (also known as Boao Hope City), in Bo'ao Town, Qionghai City, Hainan Province, near the main area of the Boao Forum for Asia.

The station will focus on the medical and health care industry advantages of Hope City, as well as the foundation and resources of the park as it brings together and serves international medical talent. More than 30 medical service institutions in the park will be served by the station, which will also connect these institutions with local residents.

The station has set up different service areas such as a waiting area, policy announcement area, job posting area, job-seeker registration area, and medical branch / team leader introduction area. The service station will also provide employment and entrepreneurship policy consultation, and offer job-seeker registration, employment policies, job information, skills training, entrepreneurship guidance, exchange activities, and other special services based on the needs of employers and those seeking employment.
