Enjoy nature in Xiuying, Haikou

Haven’t made any travel plans for this May Day Holiday? Haikou’s Xiuying District invites you on a nature tour of the sea and mountains.For this May Day Holiday, Xiuying District, Haikou City has created innovative travel options, with many different fun and fashionable activities to meet the diverse needs of different vacationers.

Visit Jinsha Bay’s Binhai Park, a popular attraction in Xiuying District, to camp on the beach and enjoy the spectacular colors of the sunrise and sunset. Camping by the sea at night,  you can gaze out the endless sea view, cool down in the sea breeze, and fall asleep to the music of the waves.

During the holiday, Fengtang Green Garden will hold camping music parties, fruit picking tours, and other activities in the ancient volcanic village. Meanwhile, the Hainan Tropical Wildlife Park and Botanical Garden has opened four new exhibition areas with brown bears, Asian black bears, African lions, Siberian tigers, and Bengal tigers. During the holiday, the park is also holding several interactive activities such as Animal Culture Week and  Wild Tiger Art Week.

Sea sports on the West Coast

At Xixiu Beach, there will be several paddle board events, and SUP and water sports enthusiasts will gather here. In addition to enjoying the beauty of the sea, there is plenty of other fun to be had, with not-to-be-missed music and hip-hop events like the HAVEFUN live concert.

From May 1st to May 3rd, a youth baseball special training camp is being held in the Wuyuanhe Stadium. Kids can enjoy baseball training at the NINI PITCH baseball field.

On May 2, a hip-hop competition and original local rap performance competition will be held at the Shangri-La Hotel, which will also host the RockBaby hip-hop competition on May 3rd.

At the same time, many hotels along the West Coast are also offering special promotions during the holiday.
