If you are not sure what to do or where to go, the Baihualing Tropical Rainforest and Cultural Scenic Area is a perfect place to start.

Located in Hainan’s Qiongzhong county, Baihualing—the “hundred flowers” ridge, boasts a variety of wonderful natural landscapes, such as the Baihualing Waterfall that plunging over 300 meters into a 2 square kilometer large pool, showing a striking scene. There is also a high-altitude zip line, a glass bottomed slide, and a vast forest area crisscrossed by walking trails.

2. When purchasing tickets via Meituan, WeChat, Alipay, Ctrip, Tongcheng or TikTok, the first 100 combination entry ticket and tour bus ticket sold per day per platform will be CNY 59 (original price: CNY 138).

3. Qiongzhong locals with a valid ID card can get a combined entry ticket and tour bus ticket for CNY 50 (original price: CNY 138) by following the Hainan Baihualing TikTok account + CNY 20 per person for other packages.

Blessing under the ancient banyan tree

When: February 1—7, 2022

What: Gifts for children and interactive photos with character performers will be available near the Baihualing Scenic Area entrance at Tianchi and Fengxiang Plaza. Blessing tables will be set up at the entrance of the Buddhist Goddess Temple and under the Millennium Tree for visitors to pray.

Dancing in the rainforest

When: February 1—7, 2022

What: Traditional Li and Miao folk dances and special ethnic minority performances such as pounding rice and making rice cakes will be performed at Tianchi from 11.30 am to 2.30 pm.

Local Food Festival

When: February 1—7, 2022

What: Fengxiang Plaza will set up a local food street for visitors to taste many kinds of Qiongzhong cuisine.
