On January 15th, “Yishun 17”, a tanker docked at Yangpu port, was supplying bonded oil to an international ship that arrived in Yangpu. A total of 700 tons of bonded fuel oil and 50 tons of bonded diesel oil were filled. Yangpu is entrusted with 5 unique free trade port policies, including that "Domestic ships with both domestic and foreign trade goods on board which transit at Yangpu Port of China are allowed to refuel with bonded fuel required for the voyage." This policy was officially implemented in Yangpu on April 8th last year. Up to now, 12 orders of business have been completed. 6,123 tons of bonded oil excluding tax were filled, with a value of 2.8 million Yuan. Shipping enterprises have been attracted to open 7 routes for domestic and foreign trade around Yangpu.

“By the end of 2021, Yangpu had opened 38 container liners, covering major ports in China and Asia. With the growth of shipping routes and vessels, the bonded oil business has also developed rapidly,” said Zhang Hailiang, senior director of Yangpu Shipping Office.
