Lara Goes Local⑧: October holidays are here!

China’s National Day celebration falls annually on the first of October. As the last holiday break for the year, we want to know what people are planning to do with these seven wonderful days of freedom.
Are you going to work for triple overtime?
Are you going to use this time to still your mind and brace yourself for the year’s final stretch?
Are you going to take advantage of some well-earned couch-potato time?
Will you rest, relax, recover, recuperate and rejuvenate?
What about looking for adventure and discovering more of the island?
Where are Hainan’s best holiday spots?
Will you indulge in amazing food and gain weight?
Or will you take a week long fitness challenge and lose some?

In this episode of Lara Goes Local, Lara hits the streets to interview the public and find out what their plans are for the upcoming holiday. Click on the video to check out this fun street interview – and if you don’t already have plans for the holidays, maybe you’ll get some ideas for what you can do during the break! Whatever you choose to do – there’s no right or wrong way of doing a holiday and Lara (along with everyone else at HIMC) hopes that you will have a fantastic seven-day break (or, for those of you deciding to work, a fantastic deposit in your bank)!
