Designed with the idea of a living room in mind, the Boao Forum for Asia Theme Park is a fusion of cultural features of Hainan and Asia because it’ in the living room where families come together and it’s at the forum where countries come together.

Here you can find 9 different pavilions and 21 rooms showcasing cultural heritage in unique ways.  Scan the QR code at the entrance to get access to audio guides of all the pavilions.

My time spent here was indeed experiential. I found myself getting in touch with culture and nature in the most intimate ways. In the monotony of educating ourselves, we sometimes forget to have fun and just take a moment to appreciate the new things we can learn. The ability to learn in itself is a privilege, not a promise.

The audio, visual and reading pavilions offer information about the Boao Forum for Asia’s development and Asian Culture through access to videos, audios and books. The audio pavilion also gives you a chance to see traditional musical instruments and listen to popular Asian music from different eras as well as interesting sounds from nature.

There's something eye catching for everyone at the Theme Park with little galleries showing you big wonders.

The pottery pavilion displays Asian ceramics in addition to traditional Li pottery crafts. Walking through the pathways of this cozy living room, collections of metal crafts and wood crafts are also to be found in their own sections.

At the end of the day, we’ll never know everything, but if you get the chance to learn just something outside of your usual frame of mind, remember to cherish it. Not everyone gets that chance.
